We are currently open from Monday to Friday with modified hours of operation. Please contact the centre to inquire about our availability.
Our Programs
We have 45 licensed group child care spaces for children 2.5 to school age - Daycare Room 1 and Daycare Room 2
Our Daycare Room 3 program is a multi-age classroom licensed for 8 children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
We are also licensed for 20 school age spaces for children ages 5 to 10 years old.
Each family is required to pay a $50.00 registration fee upon enrolment and a $200 non-refundable deposit.
A $2.00 society membership fee is collected in March of each year.
Days and Hours of Care
Our group child care centre is open Monday to Friday. Please see each individual program for hours of operation.
We are open 12 months per year with the exception of the following holiday closures:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Truth & Reconciliation Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day and Christmas Eve.
1 week from Christmas Eve to the first Working Day in the New Year (no fee reduction)
1 week during the summer just before the August long weekend, BC Day (no fee reduction)
** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DAYCARE PROGRAMS**
Daycare room 1: hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Each family is issued a dop-off and pick-up time based on your families needs.
Daycare room 2: hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Closure dates are determined according to School District 43's calendar year.
There is NO CARE over the summer holidays, on SD43 Pro-D days, 2 weeks during Spring Break and 2 weeks during the Winter Break. A calendar will be provided to all families each September with all closures outlined from September to June.
Daycare room 3: hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is a Multi-age Program. Each family is issued a drop-off and pick-up time based on your families needs.
